Tuan Anh, founder of DCPA, has spent over 11 years performing audit and assurance services. He had worked for Ernst & Young Vietnam and Deloitte Vietnam, two of the global Big-Four audit firms, before founding DCPA.
He was in charge of a diverse client portfolio relating to NGOs and ILOs, projects funded by World Bank (WB), Asia Development Bank (ADB), Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), International Women’s Development Agency (IWDA), Bread for the World, etc. He also served a wide range of multinationals such as Canon, Vietnam Float Glass, Sunway Ha Tay, Sunway Ocean, Diethelm Travel, and leading state-owned enterprises like PetroVietnam and its major subsidiaries (PETECHIM, PVEP, and PVTRANS).
Tuan Anh holds a CPA, an M.B.A. granted by Paris Chamber of Commercial and Industry, and a B.Sc in Accounting.
Duong, co-founder of DCPA, has spent 10 years in audit, including 5 years with Deloitte Vietnam, where he worked with numerous foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs), state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and NGO projects in Vietnam.
He was also involved in providing the services of accounting, management consulting as a team leader for many multinationals. Key clients he served include Vietnam Deawoo Motor, LG Vina, Chinfon Haiphong Cement, Daewoo Hanel Electronics, Metropole Hotel, Vietcombank Tower, Petro Vietnam, Electricity Vietnam (EVN).
Duong holds a CPA, and a B.Sc in Accounting from the National Econonics University, Hanoi.
Truong joined DCPA with more than 8 year practical experience in corporate finance/M&A and private equity.
Before joining DCPA, Truong worked as an Investment Manager for Saigon Capital, where he was responsible for soucing and executing equity investments with SMEs. More previously, he worked for Delta Partners as an Associate, assisting in identifying and making M&A transactions between local SMEs and international companies.
Prior to Delta Partners, Truong worked for Grant Thornton Vietnam– among the world’s leading accounting and consulting firms – as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Division, where he built valuable experience in finance raising and business valuation.
Truong holds an M.B.A in Finance from the Brussels Solvay School of Economics and Management and a B.A in International Business from Foreign Trade University.
Hao has spent 7 years in audit including 4 years with Deloitte Vietnam. He has solid exposure to the manufacturing and service sectors, and has worked with clients of various ownership types.
Hao holds a M.Sc in Accounting from the University of Monash, Australia, and a B.Sc in Finance from the Academy of Finance, Hanoi.
Chung was former auditor of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Vietnam and Deloitte Vietnam for over 8 years and has built solid expertise with multinationals in Vietnam such as Pentax, Canon, Protect & Gamble, Unilever, and Vietnamese SOEs such as EVN and its subsidiaries.
Chung holds a B.Sc in Accounting from the National Economics University, Hanoi.
